SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Order delivery times are currently extended due to Australia Post delays. We ask that you please wait at least 10 days after you’ve received your dispatch notification from Australia Post before you enquire about your order. Please note all Pre Orders have delivery information included on the Pre Order product on our website.

For your convenience, we'll deliver via AusPost eParcel anywhere within Australia. More importantly, the delivery cost of your product/s is free if your purchase totals more than $100 AUD. For purchases totalling or less than $100 there will be a $9.95 postage cost.
International orders around the world - Yes we ship worldwide of course, please note we ship them via economy and will always provide tracking for our international orders. Due to the larger distance and travel across the world, there can be up to a 30 day wait. You can track your order with the tracking number provided to you.
Upon completion of your purchase, we organise your products for delivery within 1-3 working days (We are usually pretty quick and get it done the same day). We will notify you when your product is dispatched and will provide you with all the details you need to track your order. Don't worry if you're not home when the product/s are delivered. Australia Post will leave a card at your home advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your new product will then be available to be collected at your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.
Australia post's expected times of delivery is between 1-4 days for all express post & 3-10 days for all standard post. Please note due to Covid-19 that sometimes once parcel is with Australia Post that deliveries can take longer and this is completely out of our control.
We always provide exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a full refund.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed, it is too late. If you would like to change your order after it has been received, we offer free returns, within the terms of our Returns Policy
