Credit Returns Policy (Clothing)

We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible including sizing and colour guides for our garments.

If you are unsure of sizing, we suggest to always size up!

If you wish to make an exchange/return (We do not cover postage costs of returned items). Please see below T&C's for Returns or Exchanges on both full priced and sale/promotional items.

Store Credit:

Please note : We do not always have the ability to offer exchanges and can sometimes only offer store credits. 


How to use the store credit :

The store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. This code must then be applied at the checkout and the value of the card will be applied to your order. Please ensure this is applied before proceeding to confirm the order. 

Conditions:

*Sale Items - Discounted Products or Promotional Purchases

There are no refunds on sale items unless they are found to be faulty. Yes! We can exchange sizes subject to availability, if not an alternative product can be provided. If an alternative product cannot be provided, you will receive a store credit. All sales for discounted or promotional stock are final and no refunds can be processed. Please choose carefully.

*Any exchanges/refunds must be completed and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase.

We highly recommend inspecting all of the items in your order upon receipt (even when purchasing for a baby that may not be born yet)  to ensure any returns or credits that need to be processed can be done in the allocated time frame.

ALL CLOTHING must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed or in otherwise unused condition with all original labels intact. Please note that we will not accept goods if there is animal fur etc on the clothing as this is a serious health risk.

Goods must also be returned odour free - (Free of  Cigarettes, dampness etc) and as above the cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Faulty Items:

We quality check everything before sending it and and input photos/details on that particular item into our books - so if there is a really, really rare occasion that you may receive something that is faulty - we are so sorry!

Just please contact me ASAP so that we can determine the 'Fault' of the product (photos are always best) and we will ask you to send the item to our return address where we will try to send you a store credit.


Returning your goods:


Please follow the step below for faulty items or goods to be returned

Send your item back to us with the completed form in which we will email to you upon request returns@livingbythecoastline.com

Please ensure to include your name & Order Number on any return so that we can process this efficiently for you.

Goods must also be sent via a tracking number - as this is part of the requirements of returned items (including international)

Sending via tracking also ensures that your parcel does not go missing. We are not liable for any missing returns and will only process a return once it has arrived to us.
